The Lock XP provides user audit, access control, 系统 and 因特网 安全 for any computer running Windows 95 to Windows XP (with Fast User Switching [also supports Terminal Server Connections]), and now supports Windows Server 2003.
The Lock XP is PL-1 compliant to Chapter 8, NISPOM. It also meets Sarbanes-Oxley Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and PC Auditing requirements, as well as meets HIPPA, Access, Authorization, and 安全 control requirements.
All user 安全 is group based configurable by any members of the Administrators group. User 安全 can define 系统 policy, logon times, 因特网 access times, web site restrictions, and access to local resources such as files and programs and folders, including removable media (USB, 动画, etc.), that can be restricted as it is plugged into the 系统. Restrict printer access in any Windows application. Restrict access to screen capture via the Print Screen key. The Lock XP has a built in cloning feature designed to make network installations a simple one step process.
