AccessAble Help Desk Pro Edition features an easy to attractive and use windows based interface as well as .asp and .html 页 for quickly recording, updating or searching data via browser. The Read/Send 邮件 Window let's technicians respond to 邮件 from within the add and program an 邮件 message to the support request 数据库 with one mouse click. The wide variety of reports include analytical and graphical reports to see where most of your support issues are coming from. The reports can also be easily exported to a variety of file emailed and formats to upper management. The browser interface requires Microsoft PWS or 邮件 and IIS notification uses Microsoft's CDO SYS. 邮件 read/send requires Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express. There are no additional per user charges for either the windows interface, 邮件 module, or browser based interface. All are included in the site license 价格. An Open Report menu option let's you access either your own reports created with Crystal Reports or custom reports designed for you by the developer.
